Cookie Policy
Every cookie Bookort sets, what it does, and why none of them need your consent.

Our registered company name, company registration number, registered address are still being confirmed and will appear here once registered. Everything else on this page applies as written.
A cookie is a small piece of text a site stores in your browser. This policy lists every one Bookort sets. The list is short, and it is complete.
The cookies Bookort sets
- ap_session — keeps you signed in. Without it every page would ask for your password again. It is removed when you sign out, and expires on its own.
- ap_2fa — carries a two-factor sign-in between the password step and the code step. It exists for a few minutes and is discarded either way.
- ap_trusted — remembers a device you asked Bookort to trust, so two-factor sign-in does not ask again on that device. Set only if you tick the box, and removed if you untrust the device.
All three are strictly necessary, contain no personal information beyond an opaque identifier, and are readable only by Bookort.
What Bookort does not use
- No analytics cookies. Bookort does not measure you across pages with Google Analytics or anything like it.
- No advertising or social media pixels. Nothing here reports your visit to anybody.
- No third-party cookies of any kind.
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent is required for cookies that are not necessary to provide the service you asked for. Every cookie above is necessary: they sign you in and keep the sign-in safe, and the site cannot do what you came for without them.
A banner asking permission for cookies that would be set anyway is not consent — it is a button people learn to dismiss without reading, which makes a genuine request worthless later. So there is no banner, and if Bookort ever adds anything that does need consent, there will be one, and it will mean something.
Storage in your browser
Beyond cookies, Bookort may remember small preferences in your browser's own storage — a filter you set, a panel you collapsed. These never leave your device and are not readable by Bookort.
Controlling cookies
Your browser can block or clear cookies. Blocking the ones above will stop you signing in, because they are what a signed-in session is made of.
